Delivery and payment

How a part gets from our warehouse to you, and how you can pay for it.

From enquiry to delivery

Terms §4–6
  1. Final price in writing

We send an invoice or pro forma with the final price and the details for bank transfer or PayPal. Delivery cost is always stated before you order.

  2. Payment

Bank transfer, PayPal, or cash on delivery (where the carrier allows it in your country).

  3. Warehouse

We pick the warehouse based on where the part is in stock and how far it is from you.

  4. Dispatch

Within 7 days at most after your payment is credited. 95% of orders leave the same or the next day.

A price agreed in chat, by e-mail or by phone becomes binding only once it is on our invoice.

Customs and VAT

Terms §4
  • Switzerland

The price we give you is what you pay. No customs duty or import charges on top.

  • VAT for private buyers

VAT is charged at the rate of the country the part is delivered to.

  • Other countries with customs clearance

We handle customs clearance. You pay the VAT and the duty.

  • Business in the European Union

If your company is in the European Union (except Germany and Poland), we issue an invoice at 0% VAT (intra-Community supply). Important: only once you have sent us a valid EU VAT number.
